Up and running is the new George Choir. Run by Victoria it is an informal meeting place to sing songs together. Happening every Wednesday in the bar, from 7-9pm. Feel free to bring along songs that everyone can learn. Come along – Its really fun!

Come join us for an evening of fun, frolics and food!!! Starting around 8ish will be a barbecue in the garden – weather pending…and performances will start at 8.30pm. There will be live music, puppetry, poetry, interactive games and plenty more japery. Acts to be confirmed on this website later in the week. Hope to see you there x

sunday workshops at the george
May 3, 2009wood carving workshops are taking place in the garden at the george every sunday. we are also keen for this to develop into life drawing, mask making, instrument making and story telling workshops, possibly with the aim of working towards collaboration. after all, these skills are all complimentary! so get involved. all free, of course!
Arrive at the George at about one oclock and bring food to share x
